I’m a mother of 2 children and used 3 strollers so far. One was a completely useless Mothercare stroller and the other two have been , I can’t get enough of them! Easy to fold, these buggies are ideal for throwing in the car for short trips to the park or shops.
It’s possible to open / close the buggy with one hand – not for me but I’ve seen my husband do it hundreds of times.
I’m quite small framed so the ease of opening is important to me, something the Mothercare buggy was always rubbish at.
Both my are really lightweight which is a godsend! The wheels also come off which helps me push it into confined spaces. We’ve taken our buggy on train journeys and stored the stroller in overhead luggage quite easily.
The only minor problem I’ve had, was the older version had smaller wheels. It made it harder to push over rough ground like down the park.
Thankfully, the newer version has much more stable wheels – it’s the stroller I almost always choose to take Adam out in.
The visor does give lots of protection, quite important when going on summer walks. It pulls out right over which gives lots of shade.
The seat also slides back almost like a hammock which my child loves during summer strolls. The only downside is the storage underneath gets a bit cramped when in this position. If you’re going to be taking many items with you, carry a bag plus the buggy.
This only matters when the buggy is in hammock mode though. For everyday use it actually stores quite a lot which is handy if you regularly walk to the shops.
I’m actually trying to get my husband to agree with replacing our old model Baby Jogger for the newer version so we can have those amazing wheels in both the car and our house. We’ll definitely keep using our Baby Joggers if I become pregnant again!
